Mouse ACA and MOp - SMART-Seq

Note: these data were included in the subsequent “Whole Cortex & Hippocampus - SMART-seq” data set, which can be found here. 

This data set includes total of 9,944 cells, extending the initial V1 and ALM data set in mouse cells to four cortical areas.  For a more unbiased selection of cell types, 6,847 nuclei were profiled from mouse MOp, and this data set is only available here. This data set provides a direct comparison between cells and nuclei from the same cortical area in mouse, as well as a more direct comparison with human nuclei.
