Human and Mammalian Brain Atlas (HMBA)
HMBA is a BICAN effort toward a comprehensive, highly granular cell atlas in adult human, macaque, and marmoset.

CONNECTS
The BRAIN Initiative Connectivity Across Scales (CONNECTS) program focus is on multi-scale wiring diagrams spanning across entire brains.

SEA-AD
The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) consortium is collaboration with UW and Kaiser Permanente.
BICAN
A multi-team collaborative effort to create a comprehensive atlas of the human brain. BICAN is continuation of BICCN.

BICCN
A network of integrated centers and laboratories to provide a comprehensive reference of the diverse cell types.
