Human V1 and ACC - SMART-seq

This data set includes single-nucleus transcriptomes from 16,281 total nuclei collected from human primary visual cortex (V1C) and anterior cingulate cortex (ACC; also known as the ventral division of medial prefrontal cortex, A24).
