GCEA False Positives Toolbox

This software toolbox makes a solution for gene-category enrichment analysis (GCEA) false positives available. It shows that within-category gene-gene coexpression and spatial autocorrelation are key drivers of the false-positive bias and this toolbox contains flexible ensemble-based null models that can account for these effects.
